Privacy Policy

Version 1.2 — Last updated: April 11, 2026

01Our Commitment to Privacy

At Canvaforce Platform Limited ("Canvaforce," "we," "us"), privacy is not an afterthought; it is a core functional requirement. As a subsidiary of Haqqman Technology Limited, we adhere to the highest international standards of data protection and individual privacy rights.

This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you use our digital workspace platform (the "Platform").

02Information We Collect

A. Administrative Information

When you register, we collect identifiers such as your name, email address, corporate identity (CID), and billing information.

B. Functional Data (Repository Content)

We store and process the code, assets, and project data you upload to your Repositories. While we host this data, we do not claim ownership of it, nor do we access the contents of Private Repositories except as required for technical support or security auditing.

C. AI Interaction Data

We collect logs of your interactions with the AI Copilot, including prompts submitted and outputs generated. This is used solely to provide and improve the individual performance of the service for your specific Workspace.

03Enterprise AI Data Integrity

Enterprise-Grade Compliance

No Public Model Training: Unlike consumer AI platforms, Canvaforce does not use data from Private Repositories or Private Workspace logs to train our common, public Large Language Models (LLMs).

Your corporate secrets, codebase optimizations, and proprietary assets remain siloed within your organization's context. AI learning is limited to individual workspace tuning ("User-Specific Context") that is never shared across organizational boundaries.

04How We Use Your Information

  • To facilitate high-fidelity collaboration between Workspace Members.
  • To manage billing, AI credit allocations, and subscription statuses.
  • To provide personalized AI automation via the Copilot.
  • To monitor platform health, prevent malicious activity, and ensure repository uptime.

05Data Sharing & Governance

Internal Sharing: As a subsidiary, Canvaforce may share administrative data with Haqqman Technology Limited for corporate auditing, financial reporting, and global security monitoring.

No Selling of Data: Canvaforce does not sell your personal information or repository content to third-party data brokers or marketing firms.

Third-Party Sub-Processors: We utilize trusted infrastructure partners (e.g., cloud hosting and payment processors) to provide the Platform. A full list of sub-processors is available to enterprise customers upon request.

06Security & Data Integrity

We implement multi-layered security protocols, including:

  • AES-256 Encryption: For data at rest and vault-based repository storage.
  • Isolation Logic: Rigorous backend separation ensuring no "cross-talk" between organization workloads.
  • SOC-Ready Monitoring: Real-time threat detection and audit logging for all administrative actions.

07Your Data Sovereignty

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights:

  • The right to access and export your repository data in standardized formats.
  • The right to request deletion of your account and associated personal identifiers.
  • The right to opt-out of elective data processing that is not essential to service delivery.
