Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Canvaforce Platform Limited, a Pan-African company and a direct subsidiary of Haqqman Technology Limited ("Canvaforce," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Canvaforce, including all associated websites (the "Site"), applications, and services (collectively, the "Platform"), you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

Canvaforce provides a cloud-based digital workspace designed for high-fidelity collaboration, repository management, and project execution. Key components include:

• Workspaces: Isolated environments for personal or organizational resource management.
• Repositories: Version-controlled hubs for digital assets and codebases.
• AI Copilot: An intelligent assistant powered by large language models to assist in workflow automation and asset generation.
• Project Stream: A dynamic real-time reporting and task management layer.

To access most Platform features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Workspace Ownership: The individual or entity that creates a Workspace is the "Workspace Owner." Workspace Owners have full control over Member invitation, repository visibility, and data export. Canvaforce is not responsible for internal disputes regarding Workspace ownership or data access.

Access to enhanced features is provided via paid subscription plans. All fees are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

AI Copilot Credits: Our AI services operate on a "Credit" consumption model. Each subscription tier includes a monthly quota of credits.

• Credits are consumed based on the complexity of the AI operation (generation, analysis, or automation).
• Credits do not roll over to the subsequent billing month.
• Canvaforce reserves the right to modify the "weighting" of credits per operation with thirty (30) days' notice.

Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds are provided for partial months.

Ownership: You retain all right, title, and interest in and to all code, text, images, and other digital assets you upload to your Repositories ("User Content").

License to Canvaforce: You grant Canvaforce a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, and transmit your User Content solely for the purpose of provide the Service to you and your authorized Members.

Responsibility: You represent that you own or have the necessary licenses for all User Content uploaded. You agree not to upload content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights.

The AI Copilot utilizes advanced machine learning algorithms. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated output may occasionally be incorrect or biased.

No Human Replacement: AI output should be treated as a draft and reviewed by a qualified human being. Canvaforce is not liable for data loss or operational errors resulting from unreviewed AI actions.

Input Privacy: We do not use content from Private Repositories to train our public models without your explicit, written consent.

You agree NOT to use the Platform to:

• Distribute malware, viruses, or any destructive code.
• Engage in unauthorized data scraping or automated bulk interaction.
• Attempt to bypass Platform security or access unauthorized Workspaces.
• Host or distribute illegal or prohibited material.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Abuja, FCT, Nigeria.
