How does Team Workspace pricing work?
Each Team Workspace includes 2 members completely free, regardless of role. Additional members are billed at $5 (or ₦5,000) per member/month. Once your workspace reaches 42 members, your monthly seat cost is capped at $200 (or ₦200,000)/month, allowing you to add unlimited further members at no additional seat charge.
Which payment provider do you use, and what currencies are supported?
All transactions are processed securely via Paystack. We support both US Dollars (USD) and Nigerian Naira (NGN). You select your workspace currency before activating your subscription.
Can I change my billing currency?
To guarantee consistent accounting and prevent pro-ration conversion errors, your currency is locked while an active subscription exists. If you need to switch currencies, you can do so whenever there is no active subscription and no outstanding balance.
How many payment methods can I save?
Each workspace can store up to two cards on file. One is designated as the primary default method, and the second serves as a backup to prevent service disruption if a renewal attempt fails.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. A Billing Manager can cancel the subscription at any time from Workspace Settings > Billing. Your paid benefits remain active until the end of your prepaid billing period, after which the workspace converts back to the free 2-member plan with zero unexpected charges.
Can I purchase more storage for my team?
Yes! Both Personal and Team workspaces can attach additional 50GB shared storage packs for $2 per month directly from workspace billing settings.
